Notes for Publishers and Authors

The Word Pool is a completely independent site. We choose the items for review based on our own and our readers' opinions. There is no fee for having an item reviewed and, to maintain our reputation, we will not accept payment if it is offered.

You are welcome to submit any children's book, numeracy resource or book for parents that you would like considered for review but submission does not guarantee acceptance. We only include those items we consider worth recommending to our readers. As we divide our reviews by topic, you may like to contact us in advance to see which ones we are currently developing.

Wherever possible, each book reviewed is linked to the appropriate page in Amazon.co.uk. If your product is accepted for review but is not stocked by them, we may be able to link to your own web page so readers can buy direct from you.

This site is an advertising free zone but we do accept sponsorship for our UK Children's Books Directory. Please contact us for more information.
